Raghuvanshi Marble & Tiles

At Raghuvanshi Marble & Tiles, we operate out of Ward No-7 in the town of Shahpur. We are very close to Ramananda College, which is the main landmark around here. Our yard is filled with different kinds of stone, and you can see the stacks of tiles from the road as you walk towards the college. It’s a bit of a dusty job, dealing with marble and ceramics all day, but we don't mind it. We’ve been in this part of Shahpur for a while now, and we’ve seen the town grow quite a bit. The students from the college often pass by our gate on their way to classes, and sometimes they stop to ask for directions or just to look at the patterns on the stone. We spend most of our time unloading trucks or helping a customer figure out how many tiles they need for a room. It involves a lot of measuring and some heavy lifting, but we have a good rhythm going. Our office is just a small room at the side of the warehouse where we sit down to do the accounts. It’s a very local business, and we don’t try to be anything else. We mostly deal with builders and families from the nearby villages who are putting up new houses. It’s a steady pace of life here, and we enjoy being part of the community in Ward No-7.
