Legitcode Private Limited is out here at 118, Rajput Mohalla in Bana Khurdsalum Tehsil. It’s not in the middle of a big city, which is exactly how we like it. We are part of the local neighborhood here. People walk by the window all day, and we know most of them by name. The office is just a simple room with enough space for our computers and a few chairs. We spend our time writing code and trying to solve technical problems. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons, which is the best time to get real work done. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or ping-pong tables. We just have our desks and a good enough internet connection to get our files uploaded. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a different pace of life compared to the big tech hubs, but we find we can think better here. We started this because we wanted to stay in our hometown and still do the kind of work we enjoy. It’s a small operation, but we are proud of what we do. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by everyone who comes our way.
