Onekasha Infotech Private Limited is based out of Kajidanga in Debanandapur. It is a spot in Hooghly that feels a bit tucked away from the main city rush. We do not have any big signs or flashing lights outside the building. It is a quiet area, which is really good when you need to focus on coding or fixing some tech issues. Sometimes cows wander past the window, which is quite a sight when you are in the middle of a project. We started here because it was convenient for everyone on the team. Most of us are local to West Bengal. The building itself is a bit old but it is sturdy enough for us. We have a small space for breaks where we sit and talk about things other than work. The humidity in Hooghly can be something else during the month of July, so we make sure the air conditioning is actually running. We do not really do the whole corporate dress code thing here. Most days it is just jeans and t-shirts for everyone. We handle whatever tech work comes our way, mostly stuff for other local businesses. It is not a huge operation, just a handful of people who know their way around a computer. We like the local food stalls nearby for lunch because it is cheap and tastes like home.
