Master Hardware

Master Hardware is located at Gorur Haat in the Dhulian area. This is part of the local district, and it is a place where people come from all over for the market. We have been at this spot for quite a while, selling hardware and various tools that people need for their homes and farms. It is a very down-to-earth kind of shop. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, packed with nails, hammers, hinges, and everything else you can think of. The shop is often a bit dusty because of all the items moving in and out, but we try to keep it as neat as we can. Dhulian is a busy place, especially on market days when Gorur Haat is full of people. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we mostly just remember where things are and write down the sales in a big notebook. It is a lot of hard work, especially when we have to unload new crates of heavy hardware from the trucks. We talk to the farmers and the local builders who stop by to pick up supplies. They don't want a sales pitch, they just want to know if we have what they need in stock. We don't spend money on advertising because the shop has been part of Gorur Haat for so long that people just know to come to us.
