Eureka Construction

Eureka Construction is located right out by the Rohalia Bypass in Kandi. Being in the Murshidabad district, things are a bit slower than the big cities, but we stay busy enough with the local building work. Our office is more of a place where we keep our tools and talk to people about their house plans. You can see the trucks going past on the bypass all day long. It's quite noisy sometimes. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office might be empty if you just drop in without calling someone first. Construction is messy work. There is always sand or gravel somewhere on the floor and our clothes usually have cement dust on them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around the town when someone needs a wall built or a roof fixed. It’s practical work. We deal with bricks, concrete, and laborers every day. Some days the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains heavy and the ground turns to mud around the bypass. But we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s just us here, trying to build things that stay up. No fancy talk, just the usual grind of a small construction setup in a place like Kandi.
