We are located in Keshabnagar village, which is near the Vibekananda School in the Cossimbazar area of Berhampore. It’s quite a specific spot in Murshidabad. You can hear the school bells and the kids playing during their breaks, which gives the place a lot of life. Our office is a simple building marked as Msd 999 999 on some of the records. It’s not a flashy tech hub, just a place where we get our work done. We focus on technology projects, mostly sitting at our desks and working through whatever the current project is. The area around us is quite traditional, so having a technology company here feels like a mix of the old and the new. We walk to the office or take a local rickshaw. Inside, the walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. We often share lunch together, usually whatever we brought from home. There’s a lot of dust from the road sometimes, so we spend a fair bit of time wiping down the computer screens. We don’t have any fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It is a very practical, local way of doing things, and we are happy to be working in this part of Berhampore.
