Kajidevar Farmer Producer Company Limited

Out in Govind Para Kaji, we have started this group called Kajidevar Farmer Producer Company Limited. It is mostly based at Dinesh Kumar’s place. We are all just local farmers who decided it was better to work as one group instead of everyone doing their own thing. It is not a very formal place. You will usually find us talking about what to plant or how the prices are looking for our harvest. Life here in the village is mostly about the land and the seasons. We don't have any glossy brochures. We just know how to grow things and we try to help each other out with the tools or the seeds when someone is short. It gets quite hot here, and the work is tiring, but we stay at it. We are not some big company from the city. We are just the people you see in the fields every morning. Having this setup helps us get things done without too much fuss. We focus on the daily chores and making sure the crops get to where they need to go.
