Itwari Lal Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Mahitapur Simariyapaliya. We operate from the home of Raghuveer Singh. It’s a quiet part of the world, and we like it that way. We aren't a big operation with a lot of employees. It is mostly just Raghuveer and a few of us who have farms nearby. We started this because it felt like the right thing to do for the people in Simariyapaliya. Farming can be a lonely job sometimes, so having a company where we can all pool our resources makes sense. We spend a lot of time worrying about the rains and the heat, just like every other farmer in this region. Our meetings are usually held in a simple room with some tea and a lot of discussion about the upcoming season. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our only real goal is to get through the year with a decent harvest and enough money to start again next time. We handle everything from buying seeds to trying to find a fair price for what we grow. It is a constant cycle of work that never really stops. Sometimes the machinery breaks down or the crops don't grow like they should, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That is the reality of life here in Mahitapur. We are just local folks working the land and trying to keep things going.
