Our office is tucked away in the Link-Way Estates, right on Link Road in Malad West. We’ve got units 328 through 332, so we occupy a bit of a stretch in that gala section. It’s right next to Shakti Mot, which is usually the easiest way to tell people how to find us. The whole area is always buzzing with cars and people going to work. Link Road is never quiet, is it? We’ve got a lot of neighbors in this building, mostly other small businesses and shops. It makes for a lively atmosphere throughout the day. Zita Solicis Advisory Private Limited is the name on the door, but we’re just a bunch of people working through our daily tasks. The space inside is practical. We didn’t spend much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the computers and the paperwork. The air conditioning is a life-saver during the Mumbai summers. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls nearby. There are plenty of options once you step out onto the main road. The CTS No. 1093 plot is quite large, so first-timers sometimes get a bit turned around near the entrance. Just head towards the Link-Way section. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine suits us just fine. It’s a solid place to get things done without too much fuss or distraction from the outside world.
