This branch of Wns Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 25, Krishna Bldg, in the Shastrihall area. We are on J.D. Marg, right near Nanachowk in Grantroad (West). It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, 400007. The building is one of those classic ones you see in this part of the city. We’ve got a decent setup inside, though it’s definitely not a modern glass skyscraper. We do global service work here, which involves a lot of data entry, customer support, and various administrative tasks for clients. The office is often loud because of the street noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a lot of people working in shifts because the work never really stops. Our desks are pretty close together. It’s a hardworking environment, but we try to keep it friendly. We aren't into big speeches or corporate jargon. We just show up and do what’s on the screen. The location is great because the Grantroad station is close by, so commuting is easy for most of the staff. There are plenty of good places to eat around Nanachowk, which is a plus. We’ve been in the Krishna building for quite some time. It’s got a bit of a worn-out charm to it. We just focus on keeping our clients happy and getting through the daily task list. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the city.
