Wns

Down here in Mumbai, we’re based in the Orchid building, room 102. It’s in Santa Cruz East, which is always moving. Working at Wns means you’re right in the middle of that Mumbai energy. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, but it’s where we spend most of our time. Being near the airport and the highway means there’s always noise from the traffic. Inside the office, it’s mostly the sound of typing and people talking on headsets. We have those standard office cubicles and the lighting is that bright white kind that stays on all day. It’s a big operation, but in our corner, we just focus on our specific tasks. The 400055 area is busy, so getting lunch usually involves a quick walk to one of the stalls nearby. Mumbai rains can be a real pain when you’re trying to get to Santa Cruz East, but we all just deal with it. We have our coffee breaks and chat about the weekend or the commute. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at screens, but the people here are decent. We don’t really do anything fancy; we just show up, do the shifts, and head home. The Orchid building has become a familiar place for us. It’s just the usual office life where you try to stay productive despite the heat and the crowds outside. It’s a steady place to work and the coffee machine is finally fixed.
