Yogurtlite is a small spot located at Shop No 4 in Joshi House on Cumballa Hill. Being in this part of the city means we have a lot of different people coming through the door every day. The shop itself is mostly taken up by the big cooling units because keeping the product at the right temperature is the main thing we worry about. Joshi House is a solid old building and our shop is just one of the small units along the bottom. It is usually pretty quiet inside compared to the street noise outside on the hill. We spend our time checking the dates on the containers and making sure the shelves are wiped clean. The floor is tiled and we mop it a couple of times a day because things can get a bit sticky if anything spills. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so most folks just grab what they want and head back out. The delivery van comes early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool, and we spend the first hour just unloading crates. Sometimes the light in the back flickers a little, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It is just a basic shop where we focus on the dairy stuff and keep things moving. There is nothing complicated about how we run things here at Cumballa Hill.
