Yogurberry

Being here at High Street Phoenix is a lot of noise and people moving around all the time. Our spot is on the ground floor, so we see everyone coming in from the main entrance. It gets quite loud during the weekends, especially with kids running around. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass surfaces because of all the fingerprints. The machines need constant attention to make sure everything stays at the right consistency. Sometimes we just stand there watching the crowd go by while we wait for the next person to come to the counter. It's a bit of a cycle, really. We open up, check the toppings, and make sure the floor is dry. Lower Parel is always in a hurry, so we try to keep things moving. We have these small spoons that we have to keep restocking every few hours. The air conditioning in the mall is usually freezing, so we wear sweaters even when it’s hot outside. It's funny how that works. We know most of the security guards by name now because they walk past us so many times a day. We keep our supplies in the back, and it’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery. It’s just how things are in a busy mall like this. We just keep our heads down and handle the rush as it comes and try to stay organized.
