Yamini Limaye & Associates

Yamini Limaye & Associates is up on the fourth floor of the Pethe Building, which is number 7 on Bhavani Shanker Road in Dadar West. We are right near the Shardashram Society, which is a well-known spot for anyone who knows the area. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, which definitely wakes you up. The building is a typical Dadar structure, solid but definitely showing its years. Our office space is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs that have been around for a decade, and bookshelves that are overflowing with manuals and records. It’s not a place designed for show; it’s designed for getting work done. The walls have a few cracks here and there, and the paint is peeling a bit near the ceiling, but we don't mind it much. We usually have the windows open to let in some air, though that also brings in the noise from the street below. It’s a busy neighborhood with people constantly moving around. We have our routines, like the mid-morning tea break and the occasional chat with the neighbors in the hallway. It’s an honest sort of place where things are a bit messy but everything has its own order. We don't bother with fancy lighting or expensive rugs. We just come in, do what we need to do, and head home like everyone else.
