World Of Waffles

World Of Waffles is a small shop located in Bandra West at Jaishree Society. We are in Shop No 10 of the Gagangiri Apartment building. Being in Bandra means the area is always full of life and there is a lot of noise from the street outside. Our shop is quite tiny, and the main thing you notice when you walk in is the heat from the waffle irons. The smell of cooking batter usually fills the air and drifts out onto the pavement. We have a simple counter where we prepare the toppings and a small sink for washing up. There are no tables inside because there just isn't enough room. Most people stand on the sidewalk while they wait for their order to be ready. The walls are tiled so they are easy to keep clean, which is important because syrup can get everywhere. We spend most of our shift on our feet, flipping waffles and refilling the ingredients. It gets very busy in the evenings when families and students are out for a stroll. Gagangiri Apartment is a familiar landmark in this part of Bandra, so people find us easily. We don't do anything fancy with the decor; we just focus on the kitchen equipment and making sure we have enough fresh fruit and chocolate. It is a small, honest business in a very crowded and energetic neighborhood.
