Wns Global Service Pvt Ltd is located over in Bhandup West, specifically at 5/15, Sadanwadi. It’s right on Lake Road, which is usually a mess of traffic during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the noise by now. Being near the police chowki is actually really helpful because it’s the only way people can find us when they are visiting for the first time. Even though we are part of a global service company, this specific office feels very much like a local Mumbai operation. We are right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on outside the window. The office itself is pretty functional. We focus on the service side of things, dealing with data and client needs all day. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and wearing headsets, which can be tiring, but the atmosphere is alright. We have a small break area where we usually argue about cricket or where to get the best vada pav. The commute for most of us involves the local train, so we are all pretty tired by the time we get to the desk, but we get the work done. It’s a practical space, no big corporate slogans on the walls, just people trying to keep up with the workload and making sure the global side of the business doesn't skip a beat because of us.
