This building is right in Shankarwadi, along the Western Express Highway in Jogeshwari East. Being so close to the highway means there is never a quiet moment. You can always hear the roar of the traffic passing by. The 400060 area is always buzzing with people and cars. Hubtown Viva is a busy commercial building with a lot of movement. We spend our days in the office, which is a standard commercial unit. It has got enough room for our team and the gear we use daily. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls. It is just a place where we come to handle the advisory work. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare because of the highway traffic, but once we are inside, we just settle into the routine. We have our coffee, look through our notes, and stay on top of the emails. Sometimes we go downstairs to the lobby just to see a different view or pick up a snack. The building is modern enough, but it is still just a place of work. We share the floor with several other companies, so there is a constant stream of people in the hallways. It is a straightforward setup for people who just want to get their jobs done.
