We are located on the 4th floor of a building in the Pcntda area. The address says Bandra East but we are basically over in the Bhosari section, which can be a bit confusing for new visitors. It’s a bit of a mix-up with the mailing and deliveries sometimes, but we make it work. Wadhawan Holdings isn't some giant investment firm with a marble lobby and fancy art. It’s just a plain, functional office with some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork stored in cabinets. We spend our time looking at files and managing various holdings that we look after. It’s mostly quiet here, except for when the ceiling fans are whirring on a hot afternoon. We’ve been on this same 4th floor for a long time. The elevator is often a bit slow or out of service, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for years and understand how the business runs. We handle the various matters as they come in. Some days are just filled with endless phone calls and checking over bank statements to make sure everything is in order. It’s not very exciting work to someone on the outside, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We don't put out any fancy brochures or advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or old connections. We just keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the daily routine.
