Vital Flavours & Fragrances

Vital Flavours & Fragrances is located in Unit No.118 at the Shivam Industrial Estate in Deonar. It’s a busy industrial complex with a lot of different businesses crammed together. We’ve got a decent-sized unit where we mix and store various scents and food flavorings. When you walk into the estate, you can usually tell which unit is ours because of the mix of smells coming through the vents. It’s not always one specific scent; sometimes it’s a bit of everything all at once. We have a few mixing vats and a lot of glass jars and plastic jugs. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the supplies, but we make it work. The staff here has been around for a while, so everyone knows their job without being told too much. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist; if someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see what they need. Deonar is a bit out of the way for some, but for an industrial setup, it’s a good location. We deal with a lot of local manufacturers who need specific blends for their products. Sometimes we spend all day just trying to get one specific scent right. It's a lot of trial and error and writing notes in greasy notebooks. We just keep our heads down and get the orders filled as they come in. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the shift because things get sticky.
