Our office is at Plot No-206 in Shree Sai Market in Malad West. Being in a market area means it’s never quiet. Vendors are always shouting and people are constantly walking by, but the energy of the place is great. The room is just a regular space where we handle different services. Desks are usually covered in folders and there’s always a fan humming in the corner to keep the air moving. Trying to look like a high-end corporate firm isn't our style. It’s just a practical space to get things done. We started out in Malad because it’s where we live and it just made sense. Most of our days involve being on the phone or working through various tasks for clients. There isn't a formal reception area, so if you walk in, you’re likely to just see us right at our desks. Keeping things honest and straightforward is how we handle business. If a job is going to take a week, we say a week. Overpromising doesn't help anyone. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. Knowing the guy who sells tea and the people at the stationery shop nearby makes it feel like home. It’s like a small village inside the big city. We enjoy the work, even when it gets a bit chaotic with deadlines. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
