We are over at the Cama Industrials Estate on Senapati Bapat Marg. It is a busy spot in Lower Parel west, specifically at Sunmill Compound, unit 116. This place gets quite crowded during the day with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate. We spend most of our time dealing with various ingredients that come through here. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular workplace where we keep things moving. Most people who visit us know how the traffic can get on the main road, so we usually tell them to come early or late. The building itself has seen many years, and you can tell by the walls and the stairs. We have been here for a good amount of time now, seeing the neighborhood change around us. It used to be different, but now there are more offices and big buildings popping up everywhere. Still, we stay focused on what we do inside our space. There is always something to organize or a shipment to check on. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, moving boxes around and making sure everything is where it needs to be. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us making sure the daily tasks get finished before we head home. It is a straightforward operation really. No big corporate meetings or anything, just honest work done in this little corner of Mumbai.
