We are based at 205 Veena Industrial Estate. This is on L. B. S. Marg in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how LBS Marg can be. It is always moving, always loud, and full of trucks and cars. Our unit is inside the industrial estate which feels a bit more organized than the main road outside. Raisa Pharmachem Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this second-floor space for a while. It is a typical industrial setup. There are other businesses all around us, making different things or shipping stuff out. You hear the sounds of work all day long. It is not the kind of place where you find fancy decorations. We have our equipment, our desks, and our files. Vikhroli West is a solid place to be because of the connections to the rest of the city. We get in early to beat the worst of the traffic, though that doesn't always work out. The industrial estate has a lot of history and you can see it in the walls and the staircases. We just fit right in. It is a no-nonsense environment for a no-nonsense business.
