Our place, Imperial Pharmachines Pvt. Ltd., is located at No. 136 in the Shivkrupa Industrial Estate. This is over in Vikhroli West, right on L. B. S. Marg. If you are looking for us, we are pretty much directly across from the Raj Legacy building. It’s a busy spot. There’s always traffic moving along the main road and plenty of people coming and going from the various units in the estate. We’ve been here for a good while now, working out of this same spot. The office isn’t anything fancy. It’s more of a workshop where we keep our tools and the machinery we work on. Usually, the day starts early with some tea and then we get right into the metalwork or checking the machine specs. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running for hours, but that’s just how it is in this kind of trade. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they know the estate or they’ve seen our sign while stuck in traffic on L. B. S. Marg. It is a practical setup. We handle the parts, do the assembly, and try to keep everything organized in the limited space we have. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily work and making sure the machines we send out are put together properly for whoever needs them.
