Vijay Poly Clinic is on the 4th floor, A Wing, of the Rajvaibhav Society, right by the Yogi Hotel in Y Nagar, Borivali West. Being on the fourth floor means we rely on the lift quite a bit, though some people take the stairs if they’re feeling brave. It’s a typical Borivali setup. Since it’s a poly clinic, we have different things going on at different times. It’s not just one thing. You might see someone coming in for a general checkup while someone else is here for something else entirely. The space is part of a residential society, so it feels very integrated into the community. It’s not some cold, detached building. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside. The waiting area is just a few chairs where people sit and wait their turn. We try to keep the schedule moving, but things happen. Sometimes a consultation takes longer than we thought. We don’t have fancy marketing or big billboards. Most people know us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward place. It is a simple place where we do our best to help out with whatever health issues come through the door.
