This is the clinic of Dr. Daisy Vasanji Sha, situated in the Vakola area of Santacruz East. We are a small, local medical practice that has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s not one of those massive, cold hospitals where you feel like just another number. Our space is modest and functional. The waiting room has a few chairs and some old magazines to pass the time. Vakola is a busy place, and there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. We see all kinds of people every day, from young kids to the elderly who have lived here for decades. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a computer system for everything. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. It feels more personal that way. The walls are plain, and the floor is clean but shows its age. We don't have a marketing strategy or a polished brand image. We just focus on seeing the patients and helping them get better. Sometimes the clinic gets crowded, and people have to wait a bit longer than they’d like. We try to be as quick as we can without rushing anyone. It’s a real, community-focused place where the doctor knows most of the patients by their first names. We are just here to provide a simple and honest service to our neighbors in Santacruz.
