Vijay Mahajan

This is Vijay Mahajan, and I operate out of C/302 in Chauhan Avenue. It’s over in Goregaon West. This is more of a quiet setup compared to the big shops on the main road. Chauhan Avenue is a decent area, mostly residential with some small offices mixed in. My space is on the third floor. It’s basically one large room where I keep all my stuff. There’s a desk by the window and some cabinets along the wall. I’ve been in Goregaon for quite some time now, so I’m used to the pace here. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and a bit of the street below. It’s not a place where I have a lot of walk-in traffic. Most people I deal with call first or we meet somewhere else. It’s pretty quiet during the day, which helps me focus on what I’m doing. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, but it’s not too distracting. I handle most of the work myself, from answering calls to doing the paperwork. I don't have any assistants or big equipment. It's just a simple, honest way to get things done without much overhead. The light in the afternoon is quite nice, making it a comfortable place to sit and work through the files. I just do my best to keep everything organized and handle things as they come. It’s a small operation, but it suits me just fine.
