Our office is way up on the 23rd floor of the Lodha Altamount building on Altamount Road. It is a modern building in Cumballa Hill, and we are in unit B-2301. Being that high up means we can see a lot of Mumbai, but honestly, we are usually too busy to look out the window. Vijasmi Consultancy is a small firm. We spend our days helping other companies with their strategies and trying to fix problems that they are having. It is a lot of analyzing data and sitting in meetings. The office is clean and tidy, but we haven't gone overboard with the decorations. We just have the essentials like desks, computers, and a small area where we can sit and talk. We aren't into using big corporate buzzwords or trying to sound more important than we are. We just want to find practical advice that people can actually use. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, but we try to keep things interesting. The neighborhood is one of the quieter ones in the city, which we appreciate when we have a lot of thinking to do. We are just a few people who enjoy solving puzzles and helping businesses run a bit smoother. It is a good place to work and we try to keep the atmosphere honest and simple.
