If you go behind the Sai Temple in Vasai East, you’ll find the Tania Meet Melange Building. We’re in unit B-202. Allied Biotechnology India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. Navghar is a busy area, but our building is tucked away a bit. It’s a decent workspace where we handle all our biotech operations. We don’t have a flashy entrance, just a regular door that stays shut to keep the dust out. Inside, it’s all business. We have the lab area and a small section for the admin stuff. It gets a bit crowded when a shipment comes in, but we make it work. The temple nearby means there’s often some chanting or music in the background, which is actually quite nice while we work. We’ve got a small crew, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit every day. We’re more about getting our hands into the work. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a pain, but we’ve got backups for the important stuff. Vasai East has grown so much lately, but we’re happy in our little corner. It’s a straightforward setup. No big corporate layers, just people working on biotechnology day in and day out. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area. It’s just simple food from home. We don't talk about work much during that time. It's a good way to stay sane in this industry. We’re just a bunch of regular people doing what we know.
