Being based in Mumbai means we are always right in the middle of everything, for better or worse. Jaiallsuns Biotechs Ltd. is just one of those places where we show up every morning, deal with the city's humidity, and get straight to work on whatever happens to be on the list for that particular day. Our setup here is pretty simple and functional. We don't have those big flashy signs or a massive, fancy lobby to impress anyone. It is just an office where we handle the biotech side of things. Most of the time, we are looking at data on our screens or talking to people on the phone about supplies and various shipments. The city is always loud outside the windows, but we try to keep it fairly calm inside so we can actually concentrate on the details. Sometimes the trains are delayed and half the staff ends up being late, but that is just how life in Mumbai works and we all understand it. We have our regular clients who call us up, and we have come to know their voices as soon as they say hello. It is funny how you get used to the steady routine of it all after a while. We don't really do anything fancy or special here, just the daily grind of running a biotech firm in a city that never really stops moving. There is always tea being made in the small pantry, and the smell of it usually fills the room around four o'clock in the afternoon. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
