You will find us in Prashant Nagar, right near the Sales Tax Office Road. We are pretty close to Pathardi Phata, just off the Mumbai Agra Highway. Because of where we are, we get a lot of different people coming through. Some are locals from the neighborhood, and others are just passing through on the highway and need some help. Being a multispeciality place, we have different sections for different types of health issues. It is a busy building most of the time. There is usually a bit of noise from the highway nearby, but we are used to it by now. We have got a team that handles everything from general medicine to more specific things. We don’t have a fancy lobby with fountains or anything. It is just a regular hospital with white walls and a lot of movement. The nurses are usually on their feet all day, and the doctors move from room to room. We try to keep the paperwork simple, but sometimes the billing takes a bit of time if the computer system is slow. We just deal with things one patient at a time. It is a practical place for people who need medical attention without any extra fluff. We’ve been part of this area for a while and plan on staying put. It is a lot of work, but seeing someone feel better before they head back out to the highway makes it worth it.
