Vah Delicacies

Our small place is tucked away on 6th Cross, C-3 in Bandra West. It’s a bit quieter back here than on the main roads, which we kind of like. We spend our time preparing different dishes that we’ve been making for years. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us in the back and someone at the front to talk to the neighbors who stop by. We don't have a big menu because we prefer to keep things manageable. The kitchen gets pretty busy in the mornings when we’re prepping everything for the day. We’ve been at this Bandra location for a while and have gotten to know the people living on this street pretty well. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just do things our own way, even if it’s a bit slow sometimes. The floor tiles are a bit worn out and the walls could probably use some paint, but we’re more concerned with what’s coming out of the pans. People usually come to us when they want something that tastes like it was made at home. We don't do any big marketing or post much online. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a friend. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in to visit.
