Vador Food Products

Our place is right on Nati Seva Sadan Road, which most people just call the Pune Satara Road area. It is a busy stretch of road and there is always something going on outside our door. Vador Food Products has been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed around us quite a bit. You can usually tell where we are because of the smells coming out of the workspace. It isn't a factory with big machines or anything like that. We mostly use simple equipment and do a lot of the work by hand. The kitchen area gets really warm in the middle of the day, so we usually have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy office. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is prepared right and packed up for whoever needs it. Some of our neighbors stop in just to say hello or to see what we are working on that day. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, news of what we do just travels by word of mouth from one person to the next. The floor is often a bit messy during the rush, but we get it cleaned up by the end of the shift. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, but we enjoy the routine of it. We just focus on the food and let everything else take care of itself.
