V Care Polyclinic

Our clinic is located in the La Magasin Building in Santacruz West. We are in unit 204. Santacruz is a crowded part of the city, and our building is right in the middle of all that movement. Being a polyclinic means we have various doctors coming in at different times, so the atmosphere changes throughout the day. The building itself is a typical commercial structure and sometimes the lift takes a while to arrive. We have a basic setup inside with a few consultation rooms and a place for patients to sit. It’s not a fancy place with designer furniture. We focus more on the medical side of things. Most people who come to see us are from the local area or work in the nearby shops. We have been in Santacruz West for a while and we know the pace of the neighborhood. The waiting area can get a bit cramped during the peak hours in the evening. We keep all our records in simple files and try to stay on top of the schedule. There is no big corporate office managing us. It is just the staff here making sure the clinic runs smoothly. We see people for all kinds of general health issues. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people, but we’ve grown used to it over the years.
