Urvi Patel Clinic

This is Urvi Patel Clinic. We are located at Flat No 1 in Building No 2 of the Nav Chembur complex. It’s right on the 80 Feet Road, very close to Diamond Garden. Most people in Chembur know where that is, so it’s not too hard to find us. The clinic isn't very large. It’s a simple space with a waiting area and a couple of rooms for seeing people. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. It’s a busy street outside, but inside we try to keep things as calm as possible. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if a lot of people show up at once without calling first. I do my best to see everyone, but some days are just more packed than others. We have a small desk near the front where we keep all the files. Everything is still mostly on paper because that's how I've always done it. It feels more reliable that way. I grew up not too far from here, so staying in Chembur made sense when I opened the clinic. We don't have fancy equipment or a big marketing budget. We just provide care for the local families who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s a straightforward practice. We open in the mornings and stay until the last person is taken care of in the evening. It is a long day but it is what we do.
