Ursa Associates

Ursa Associates is located at 16 Haveliwala Building. You can find us at 221 Bo Fort, which is right near the fire brigade station. It’s an old part of the city, so the building has that classic feel to it. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. Being near the fire brigade means it can get a bit loud with the sirens sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or so. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we do perfectly fine. We handle the paperwork and the meetings right here in the office. It’s mostly just us and the occasional visitor stopping in for a discussion. Fort is always a busy area, so there’s a lot of energy outside, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things organized. We use simple desks and have files everywhere, just like any other working office in this part of town. People know they can find us here during regular hours. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just provide our services from this old building and try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life in the city. We like the history of the area and the people who pass through.
