Our office is in the Meera building on New Link Road. We are way up on the 13th floor, so the view of Andheri West is actually pretty good from the windows. Up-Arrow Business Consultancy is just a small private company. We’re right near the Oshiwara police station, which makes it easy to give people directions. The building is a typical Mumbai cooperative housing society. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different wings. We keep things pretty low-key in our unit. There are no fancy signs or expensive rugs. Just some basic furniture and our computers. We spend a lot of time talking about business stuff, but we try not to overcomplicate things. It’s just us sitting around a table trying to solve whatever comes up that day. Sometimes the lift is slow, especially during lunch hours, so we have to plan ahead. We like being on the Link Road because it’s close to everything we need. There’s a lot of traffic outside, but once you’re inside the flat, it’s mostly quiet. We don't use big words or act like we're better than anyone else. We’re just local people doing our jobs. Most of our day is spent typing away or having a quick chat over coffee. It’s a simple, straightforward place where we get our work done without any extra drama.
