Unisearch Business Solutions is based right in the middle of Chauta Bazaar in Malad. Our address is number 11. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and people walking by all day. We do various types of business support from this little office. Usually, it’s just two or three of us here. The space is small, so we have to stay organized. There are piles of documents everywhere because we handle a lot of paperwork for local traders. It’s loud outside with the market noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we saw that people needed help with their admin work. We don't use big words or fancy systems. Just pen, paper, and a basic computer setup. If you need to find us, look for the narrow stairs near the fruit sellers. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time. It feels like a community here. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small board. We open early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s a simple way to work, and it keeps us right in the heart of Malad. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a good fan that keeps things moving. We just take one client at a time and try to get the forms filled out correctly.
