Unimold

We are tucked away in the Malad Industrial Units Co-Op Society. It is a big complex and it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. Our units are C-14 and C-17G. We spend most of our time on the shop floor dealing with molds and tools. Ramchandra Lane Extension is always busy with trucks and workers. It is noisy and dusty but that is just how industrial areas are. We have been here in Malad West for a while now. The workshop isn't pretty, it is full of machines and metal scraps. We do the work ourselves and keep an eye on everything. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, but we manage. It is a practical setup. There is no fancy lobby or reception area here. You just walk in and you will find us working. We know most of the neighbors in the society. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It is a good community of makers and fixers. We take care of the machines every weekend so they don't break down mid-job. It is nothing special, just an honest way to earn a living. We focus on getting the molds right. If a piece isn't perfect, we do it again. That is just the rule we follow. We have got a few old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving.
