Pai Brothers Engineers is located in Dadar West, specifically at 102-B in Isanpur. We are very close to the Plaza Cinema, so we always hear the crowds when a big movie comes out. Our office is an engineering firm, but it’s not some high-tech lab. It’s a place with old desks, lots of blue prints, and some fairly old computers that still work well enough for what we need. We’ve been here in Dadar for quite a long time. The building is a bit dated, and the stairs are a little narrow, but it works for us. Most of our day is spent looking at diagrams or talking to contractors on the phone. We are the kind of people who don't mind getting our shirts a bit dirty if we have to go check on a machine or a site. The Isanpur area is always buzzing with people, which is nice when you want to go out for a quick vada pav. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word just gets around that we are here near Plaza Cinema. It’s a small setup, just a few of us trying to get the engineering bits right. We have our routine, and it hasn't changed much over the years. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is on the desk. Sometimes it's a lot of paperwork, but we manage to get through it eventually before we lock up.
