Uma Dental Clinic

Running Uma Dental Clinic near the Harish Hotel on S V Road in Vile Parle West is a busy job. S V Road is always moving, and we are right there in the middle of it at number 1. People come in for all sorts of tooth troubles. Some are just looking for a cleaning and others have a toothache that’s been keeping them up all night. The clinic has been here a while, and the dental chair has seen a lot of use. We try to keep things comfortable, but we know most people aren't exactly excited to visit a dentist. It’s a small place, so you can hear the traffic from S V Road while you’re in the chair. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge with a coffee bar or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs and old newspapers. I’ve lived in Vile Parle for years, so I see my patients at the market or the station all the time. It makes the work feel more personal. We handle the usual fillings, extractions, and check-ups without making a big production out of it. The sink leaks a little bit sometimes, but we’ve got a bucket for that.
