You can find us on the ground floor of the Bansidhar Building, which is on Plot No 211 along R A K Road in Wadala. It’s a convenient spot since you don’t have to climb any stairs to get in. We have been here in Wadala for a good while. The clinic is basically a couple of rooms where we do fillings, cleanings, and whatever else people need for their teeth. It’s a local place, nothing too fancy or modern-looking. We have the usual dental chairs and equipment that gets the job done. Sometimes the street outside is quite noisy with the traffic on R A K Road, but we’re used to it by now. The neighbors know us well. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it's just us. We keep our own records and answer the phone when we can. If we’re busy with a patient, you might have to wait a minute. We try to be honest with people about what their teeth need without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical way to run a clinic. Most of our patients live right here in the neighborhood. We just show up, open the doors, and start working. It’s just a regular dental office in a regular building, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple for everyone.
