You can find us at Room No. B368 in Abubakar Chawl, which is right off the Dharavi Main Road. We are quite close to the Dharavi Badi Masjid, so that is a good landmark to look for if you are coming from a different part of the city. It is a very busy and loud area. There is always noise coming in from the street—horns honking, people calling out, and the general sound of the market. Our clinic is quite small, just one room really, but we make it work for us. We have our chair and all the dental equipment tucked into the corners to save space. It is a bit of a squeeze when there are more than three people inside at once. We spend a lot of our day dealing with the dust that blows in from the main road, so we are always wiping the surfaces down. People come in from the chawl and the surrounding lanes nearby. They usually just walk in because they live right there. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just come in and wait your turn on the wooden bench. Sometimes we have to step outside for a bit of air because it gets quite warm inside when the sun is hitting the roof. The walls have some old posters that have started to fade over the years. We have been here a while and know the neighborhood well.
