UFAN VENTURES LLP

We've been over here at the Apollo Mills Compound for a while now. Getting up to the 29th floor of Lodha Bellisimo takes a minute, but the view of Mumbai from up here is something else. UFAN VENTURES LLP isn't a huge operation with fancy slogans. It’s just us working through the day-to-day stuff. Mahalaxmi is a busy part of the city, and being on N M Joshi Marg means there is always noise and movement outside. We just keep our heads down and handle the work as it comes in. Most people find us through word of mouth. It's not like we're out there putting up billboards or anything. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. That’s just how we roll. Sometimes the lift is slow, which is annoying when you're in a rush. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a regular door in a big building. People usually call before they come up. Mumbai life is fast, and we're just part of that rhythm. There isn't much more to say. We do what we do. If you're looking for us, look for the tall tower near the old mills. It's a mix of old and new around here, which feels right. We don't spend much time on fancy intros. Usually, we just get straight to the point. That's about it really.
