We’ve been at Shree Ganesh Niwas for a while now. It’s a typical Mumbai spot, really, situated over in 2/2. Most days it’s just us here working through the engineering jobs that come our way. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms where we keep all our tools and the paperwork for the various power projects we handle. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of phone calls from people needing things fixed or installed. You can hear the city noise pretty clearly from our windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit of a challenge to get around the neighborhood, but we manage to stay busy regardless. We don’t spend much on decorating because we’re mostly focused on the technical side of things. It’s the kind of place where there’s always a blueprint or some wires lying around on a desk somewhere. Most of our visitors are just local contractors or guys from the sites dropping by to check on a schedule. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to looking over the engineering specs. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels connected to the industrial side of the city. There isn't a lot of downtime here, especially when a big project is in the middle of a deadline. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
