Larsen & Toubro Limited, E&C, Mumbai

Our current address is 4A, 412, in the Mhda Colony. This is in Andheri East, Mumbai. If you’ve ever been to Andheri, you know it’s a total whirlwind of people and traffic. Being in the MHADA colony means we are right in the thick of it. The office is in building 4A, unit 412. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to do for the E&C division. Mumbai real estate is tough, so we make the most of every square foot we have. We have desks crammed in, and there’s usually a lot of noise coming from the street and the neighboring units. That’s just Mumbai for you. We’ve been at this 400093 location for a while now. Most of the staff takes the local train or the bus, so we’re always talking about the commute and the weather. It’s a very unpretentious place. We don’t have a lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just have a kettle and some files. People know us as the L&T folks in the colony. We handle a lot of the engineering and construction coordination from here. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy office, but we get a lot done. It feels like a real part of the city, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
