Times Prints

Times Prints is located in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, specifically at B-116 in Amrut Nagar. Being in Ghatkopar West means it’s always busy around here. The building is one of those old industrial ones where everyone is doing something different. Inside our unit, it’s mostly the sound of machines running. It gets pretty loud, so we have to talk a bit louder than usual. We’ve got stacks of paper and finished prints everywhere. It might look a little disorganized to someone walking in for the first time, but we have our own system. We spend most of our day checking colors and making sure the machines are behaving. It’s dusty work sometimes. We get a lot of people coming in from the nearby businesses. The lighting in here isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that. There’s just a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We’ve been in this estate for a long time. You get used to the rhythm of the place. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our living. We just focus on the printing and try to keep things moving. The freight elevators in this building are slow, so we always tell people to give us a minute if we're moving heavy stuff. It's a grind but we're used to the pace.
