Up on the third floor of Pandit Estate, at No-216, you’ll find our office, Vatsal Enterprises. We are right on J.N. Road in Mulund West. It’s a busy street, and getting up to the third floor is a bit of a daily workout if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We’ve been in this space for quite a few years now. We deal with various types of supplies and general trading, mostly helping other businesses get what they need to keep their operations going. It’s the kind of work that involves a lot of phone calls, paperwork, and checking on deliveries. The office isn't very large, and it’s often filled with samples and catalogs from different suppliers we work with. We don't go in for fancy decor; it’s mostly just functional desks and filing cabinets. Our team is small, mostly just family and a couple of long-time staff members who feel like family. We know the Mulund area well and like being part of the local business community here. We don't have a polished sales pitch. Usually, people find us because they heard we were reliable from someone else nearby. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about when things will arrive. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes there are delays beyond our control, but we always try to keep people informed. It’s just how we do things every day.
