The Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find us at The Physiotherapy Clinic, located in Shop No 6 of Building No 11. We are right inside the Navjeevan Society on Lamington Rd. It’s a busy area for sure, but once you get inside the society gates, it gets a little calmer than the street. We’ve been in this ground floor spot for quite some time now. Being on the ground floor helps a lot because many of the people coming to see us have trouble with stairs or use walking sticks to get around. It’s a small space, but we’ve got enough room for the treatment beds and some basic gear for the exercises. Lamington Rd always has something going on, so it’s easy to grab whatever we need for the clinic nearby. We handle a lot of different cases, from people who hurt themselves at work to older folks who just want to keep walking without too much trouble. It’s a lot of hands-on work, stretching limbs and showing people how to move better. We don’t have a big receptionist desk or anything, usually we just handle the appointments ourselves when we have a spare minute between patients. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the people living in Navjeevan Society. We keep the place tidy and just focus on the therapy. It’s just a regular neighborhood clinic where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks in with a limp or a sore shoulder.
