Physiotherapy Clinic

We are based in the Helal Building, specifically in Section B of the Soningra Polyclinic on Dr. Mascarenhas Road. Mazgaon has a very specific feel to it, with the old buildings and the winding roads, and we are right in the middle of that. The clinic is not very large, but we have enough space for the mats and the machines we use for physiotherapy. It is usually a bit quieter here than on the main roads, which helps when people are trying to focus on their exercises. We see a lot of people who are recovering from injuries or just dealing with old age and stiff joints. The building itself is older, so it has high ceilings and that thick-walled feel. We have been part of this polyclinic for a while now, working alongside other doctors who have their own small offices here. It is a very local atmosphere where everyone kind of knows each other. You will not find any slick brochures or high-tech kiosks here. We just have our equipment and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. The staff is just a couple of us who know how to work the machines and help with the stretches. People usually come in after hearing about us from a neighbor or their family doctor. It is a simple, honest place to get some work done on your health. We like being in this part of Mazgaon.
