The Optometry Clinic

We are in Shop Number 7 at Vivekanand Society. It's right on T H Katariya Road in Mahim. If you're looking for us, we're very close to the Mahim Post Office. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space for the equipment. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass because the road outside is always busy and dusty. People usually stop in while they are out doing their shopping or heading to the post office. We have been in this spot for several years now. It’s not a big corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just a local shop where we know many of the faces who walk through the door. The street gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. Sometimes we leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze, but then the noise from the motorcycles is too much. We have a few chairs for people to sit and wait. The lighting is okay, but we had to put in some extra lamps in the back room to see better. Usually, it’s just one or two of us working here at any time. It’s a straightforward place with no flashy signs or big displays. Just the usual stuff you would expect. It’s a decent area to work in and we like being part of the Mahim community. It’s just how we do things here.
